LnCo is the brainchild of Mr. Laxminiwas Sharma, (LNS) Senior Partner, Laxminiwas & Jain. LnCo was originally established in 1973 by LNS as a sole proprietary concern. Mr. Dayaniwas Sharma, son of Mr.Laxminiwas Sharma, revived LNCO in the year 2005 along with a group of young Chartered Accountants.
One of LnCo's key strategies is to grow inorganically by selecting and merging with right business partners possessing relevant and requisite experience in various sectors of the economy. Consequently we have recently merged with a 28-year old practice called Neeth & Company headed by Mr. Subba Rao Garre. Mr. Garre and his team possess rich experience in performing large public sector undertakings in the fields of banking and finance, Insurance, Infrastructure sector, and many other sectors.
As a result of merger the firm is renamed as Laxminiwas Neeth & Co., with effective from May 1, 2009, a firm with 14 partners, carrying the legacy and goodwill since 1980 .
Mr.Laxminiwas Sharma continues to be the guiding force for the group of young chartered accountants operating under LnCo.
